Transcanna Holdings Inc. Share Purchase Warrants (the "Warrants") have been approved for listing.
Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof, upon exercise, together with the payment of the Exercise price of $3.00 before the Time of Expiry, subject to acceleration to acquire one Common share.
