Director of Human Resources

We are looking for our first Director of Human Resources to add to the team! Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, you’ll be driving people-centric strategies that grow our culture, engagement, and overall company-performance.

The Director, Human Resources (HR) is responsible for the delivery of HR policies, programs, procedures, and services. Competition for talent in the financial services space is fierce, you will be a key part of positioning the CSE as an employer of choice in the industry. The Director will work collaboratively and in partnership with business leaders to provide trusted and valued support by fulfilling business requirements through talent acquisition, succession and workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, HR programs, employee experience, learning and talent development planning and initiatives.

The Trading Development team at the CSE is responsible for leading growth in CSE’s marketplace business and delivering trading solutions that are aligned with our clients strategic objectives.

Office Coordinator and Administrative Assistant

The Office Coordinator will report to the Corporate Controller in Toronto and work closely with colleagues in Finance and Administration and other partners across the CSE.  The Office Coordinator is responsible for coordinating various office tasks and functions for the CSE.

Investigative Research Administrator

The CSE is looking for an Investigative Research Administrator to join the team in Toronto. Experience with administrative duties is preferred.

Reporting to the Head of Investigative Research & Disclosure, the Administrator is responsible for data entry, document preparation and aiding in the intake and processing of Personal Information Forms (PIFs).

Corporate Actions Analyst

In this position you will maintain records of CSE Listed Company corporate actions such as share issuances/cancellations, outstanding securities, name changes, splits and consolidations.

The Corporate Actions Analyst will report to the Manager, Corporate Actions.

Listing Analyst/Manager - Canadian Securities Exchange (CNSX Markets Inc.)

We’re looking for Listings Analysts to join the team in Toronto or Vancouver. Experience with issuer regulation is preferred.

Reporting to the Vice President, Listings in Toronto, the Analyst is responsible for the independent review and analysis of listing applications and certain listed company transactions.
