BAC Canada Finance Company Extendible Step Up Semi-Annual Pay Medium-Term Notes, Series 6 were posted for trading March 6, 2012 on an “if, as and when issued” basis.

All trades up to and including March 14 will settle March 19, 2012, the Issue Date of the Notes.

On Thursday, March 15, 2012 the Notes will begin trading on a regular settlement basis with accrued interest.
