Pursuant to a fundamental change review, the common shares of Wedge Energy International Inc. ("WEG") have re-qualified for listing.  Wedge has announced the completion of its previously announced business combination with Undur Tolgoi Minerals Inc.

The shares will begin trading on Thursday, December 8, 2011 under the new name of Undur Tolgoi Minerals Inc.
