Eiger Technology has announced a name change to Gamecorp Ltd. and the consolidation of its common shares on a ten old for one new basis. The post-consolidation common shares of Gamecorp will begin trading on Tuesday, June 24, 2008. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to 4,230,205. The record date is June 26, 2008.

Gamecorp's symbol will not change. However, due to the consolidation, all open orders on "GAME" will be cancelled at the end of business today. CNQ Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
